HOW TO
Apple, peel and cut the middle core out. Cut into wedges and put into a seal proof bag.
Greek Yoghurt – we have an overnight-make-your own kit. Very good value and it gives the kids the chance to be involved with preparing their own meals – always a good thing.
Soy and linseed sandwiches – any bread without E 480 and E481 (raising agents that can send kids crazy), and no other preservatives and chemicals. Then butter it and jam, ham, or any other filling. Yummo!
